"The Assistant Centre Manager is responsible for assisting the Centre Manager in daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre, managing inventories, and supporting sales activities. This role also involves closely coordinating with the Centre Manager and Operation Manager to manage rosters and ensure compliance with all procedures. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist the Centre Manager in routine tasks and operational duties. 2. Check and verify every medical report, medication sheet, and stock chart for accuracy and compliance. 3. Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to prepare the staff roster and obtain necessary approvals from the Operation Manager. 4. Budgeting, monitoring and managing medication stocks, including Centre Inventory, Medication Inventory, medication ordering and Consumable Inventory. 5. Prepare and delegate roster for medical operations. 6. Arrange elder appointments, attend any emergency referrals, admission and discharge at centre, clinics or hospitals and collect medication from clinics/hospitals. 7. Update elder reports (any medical documents related, charges include grab,milleage,nurse aid, hospital bill or etc) into the TCA File and arrange medical lab services and deliver sample collections to the lab (if necessary). 8. Handle all incoming calls related to the centre’s services. 9. Assist potential customers with viewing and touring to the centre. 10. Manage and respond to all incoming messages through WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. 11. Support both the Centre Manager and the Operation Manager in their duties. 12. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Management from time to time. 13. Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager and Operation Manager from time to time."
