Collaborate with management to plan bar-related events and promotions. Qualifications: Previous experience in a bar management or bartending role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, especially those relevant to Spanish and Mediterranean cultures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be at least 21 years old and have the required licensing (e.g., bartending certification).
