  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Are you a detail-oriented and driven Business Analyst with a passion for turning business needs into powerful solutions? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and play a key role across the full project lifecycle from initiation to post-production support. Hands-on experience in Financial Institutions / Banking / Capital Markets / Insurance is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project Initiation & Planning

  • Assist in defining initial project scope
  • Review business cases and conduct requirement workshops
  • Document and analyze user requirements, identifying gaps and resolutions

Design & Build

  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
  • Finalize and sign off documentation through design review sessions
  • Conduct walkthroughs with technical teams and users

Test & Deploy

  • Support testing teams to ensure all business needs and functions are met
  • Assist deployment team with any scope-related issues

Change Management & Training

  • Contribute to change risk assessments, process documentation, and user training materials
  • Support change adoption and business readiness

Post-Production

  • Provide support during the warranty period to ensure solution stability

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience in Financial Institutions / Banking / Capital Markets / Insurance is a must
  • Strong BA experience with documentation such as BRD, FSD, gap analysis, and prioritization
  • Fluent in English AND Mandarin or Cantonese due to collaboration with regional teams in China, Singapore, and Bangkok
