Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant Manager will lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to support the Talent Acquisition team and People team. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ATS (Avature) and provide expertise on process improvements, technology utilization, and adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the end-to-end recruiting process, leveraging technology and streamlining processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and technology adoption, partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Oversee the testing and validation of new enhancements to the ATS, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Design and deliver training programs for internal and external customers on the ATS, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Analyze and report on key metrics and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition leaders, People team, and D&T partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in TA operations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant functions, with a focus on process improvement and technology adoption and experiences with ATS would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to various audiences.
- Working knowledge of Avature or other applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in video creation tools and data visualization tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
