  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Credit Management Executive (AR - Fresh Grads and Juniors) is responsible in handling Account Receivable operations for Singtel and NCS Group of companies, including but not limited to receipting and refunds.


Make an Impact by:

  • Handling end-to-end Receipting activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and rectification, collection vendor commission
  • In charge of end-to-end Refund activities, such as assessment, raising and providing supporting document to refund request

  • Responsible for end-to-end GIRO Activities, including but not limited to assessment of form besides sending rejection letters

  • Preparation and submission of Audit Schedule

  • Managing of various work Generic mailbox


Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent

  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience is a plus but fresh graduates are strongly welcome to apply

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, and strong willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess basic Accounting knowledge
  • Meticulous and strong eye for detail is a plus
  • Experience with SAP is highly advantageous

  • Willing to work based on Singapore Public Holiday calendar
