  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Finance team! You’ll gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and budgeting processes, while working closely with our finance professionals. A great opportunity to build real-world skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintaining account payable and account receivable
  • Ensuring financial information is accurate and consistent by collaborating with other departments.
  • Reconciling bank transaction and other financial records.
  • Assist on Project Creation in system and billing milestones status.
  • Assist on tax schedules working file and tax form.
  • Validating Employee Travel & Expense and Self-billed e-invoicing.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and functional teams.
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
