  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Billing & Claims Analyst

Working Location: Puchong

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday / 9.00 AM-7.00 PM

Employment Type: 3 Months Contract (renewable)

Reporting Date: Immediately

Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 3,000

Job Descriptions:

Payment & Claims Reconciliation

  • Perform invoice and claim reconciliation for 3PL partners in MY and SG.
  • Manage shipping fee disputes by verifying weight, origin, destination, SLA adherence, and penalties against agreed contractual rates.
  • Monitor claim aging and follow up to ensure 3PLs remit payments within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Check emails update from 3PLs, send follow up email for delayed disputes.
  • Prepare Quarter Business Review slides.
  • Update monthly claims summary, maintain trackers and monthly reports.
  • Identify and develop process improvement plans.

PNR Checking

  • Conduct weekly PNR checks (Monday to Sunday) for 3PL compliance.
  • Coordinate with BPO team to compile transaction records and conduct thorough checks.
  • Perform DNR validations against Lazada’s proof of delivery/pickup requirements.
  • Submit reports of fake PNR cases to respective 3PLs (Monday to Friday).
  • Recommend penalty charges for cases lacking proper evidence or guideline adherence.
  • Compile and respond to daily status update requests from the Customer Care team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate recurring PNR issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable with data entry tasks and administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing end-to-end processes.
  • Presentable and confident in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform basic analysis and validate reports.
