Position: Project Manager (Architectural)
Main Responsibilities:
- Support architects in managing architectural projects.
- Prepare design proposals, layout plans, and material boards for client presentations.
- Lead client meetings to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project schedules, coordinate with consultants and relevant parties.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Handle tender submissions (e-perolehan, proposals, CPM, etc.).
- Oversee drawing development, detailing, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local authority regulations (e.g., BOMBA).
- Provide leadership and coordination across project teams.
- Travel and work overtime when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Skilled in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and relevant software.
- Experience in preparing working and technical drawings, tender documents, and construction details.
- Familiar with authority submissions and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to travel/outstation and possess own transport.
- Experience as an Architect is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
