  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Do

As our Financial and Account Specialist, you’ll be the cornerstone of financial clarity and control, ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly. From reporting to reconciling, your day will be filled with challenges that push you to grow and succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of daily accounting operations and ensure everything adds up.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Stay on top of compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Work hand-in-hand with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.
  • Help implement and enhance internal control systems and financial procedures.
  • Maintain meticulous financial records: record transactions, reconcile accounts, and update financial statements.
  • Handle AP/AR functions: process invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy.
  • Review and reconcile expenses to help keep budgets on track.
  • Match internal records with bank statements—spot issues fast and fix them faster.
  • Be a compliance guardian—support audits and keep documentation squeaky clean.

What You Bring

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Skilled in using accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Great at multitasking, managing time, and working under pressure.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
