Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and preventing downtime in our operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in machinery repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment runs smoothly
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery faults to minimize downtime
  • Perform necessary upgrades, installations, and adjustments of equipment
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs performed
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and ensure continuous production flow
  • Assist with other mechanical-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, mechanical-related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of machinery repair and maintenance
  • Proficient in using hand tools and mechanical equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good work ethic and attention to detail
