Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, taking orders, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Order Taking and Transmission: Accurately and efficiently taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen.
  • Service and Food/Beverage Preparation: Serving food and drinks, ensuring proper presentation, and adhering to restaurant standards.
  • Table Management: Clearing tables, setting tables, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
  • Cash Handling and Payments: Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Communicating dietary restrictions or special requests to the kitchen.
  • Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other FOH and back-of-house staff.
  • Compliance: Following all safety and sanitation procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Having a minimum of 2 years service crew experience in a similar Hospitality environment.
  • Have outstanding customer services skills who can adapt their approach to make our clients feel welcome
  • Have a passion for hospitality and are looking to develop your career within the f&b industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with the menu and beverage list, and ability to make recommendations.

What we expect:

  • Work 5 days per week (including public holidays)
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • Proven good tract of record work experience in a restaurant or café setting
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Enjoy working in food and beverage industry
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
