Job Description:
1. Act as point of contact for all escalated interview related queries from talent acquisition partners/ candidates/ hiring manager/ interviewing managers.
2. Co-ordinate administration for HR projects & participate in HR audits and co-ordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
3. Manage interview process as per approved guidelines:
Education/Experience:

3. Manage interview process as per approved guidelines:
a. Ensure the required interview booking documents is uploaded by the talent acquisition partner in Workday.
b. Establish the interview date by liaising via online resources and/or telephone with the candidate and interviewer (by checking the calendar/ reaching out to the correct person in charge).
c. Process and generate the interview booking and details in Workday.
d. Checking and confirming that all the details are correctly generated by the system.
e. Sending interview invitations to candidates and interviewers.
f. Keeping tab on the interview and ensure that the interview runs smoothly.
g. To assist and process interview rescheduling as and when required.

Education/Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment preferably within human resources function - specifically Recruitment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of MNC office procedures & human resources function.
- Demonstrates knowledge and/or experience in human resources & cases management system - SAP/Workday.
- Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in similar human resources positions.
- Proven work experience in a similar position.
- Proven administrative support experience.
- Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS.
