Responsibilities
- Being the Product Owner for Operations and to drive and support all project implementations and operationalization of current and future projects of the digital bank with stakeholders
- Work closely with other Product Owners and Scrum Master on prioritization of features and backlogs taking into consideration the feedback from Business Operations Team
- Work closely with the Management, Product, IT team and external stakeholders on the prioritization on the Product Roadmap Timeline in ensuring adherence towards agreed upon time, scope and budget
- Lead multiple engagements and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and collate up-to-date information from various stakeholders to create various operational metrics and insights for continuous improvement
- Provide constant updates to the Management on the potential risk and mitigation steps which includes but not limited to prioritization on resource planning and identification of key challenges to meeting the deadline
- Overseeing the overall business operations by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve or streamline the daily processes across all departments whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation on processes, and accountability across the organization.
- Supporting the IT and Products Team in developing test strategy which includes plan, coverage and execution for the enhancement requirement for existing business-as-usual processes, and upcoming MVPs by understanding and gathering requirements from stakeholders
- To support any other ad-hoc implementations or initiatives that is critical to the digital bank business roadmap
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, with background as a business analyst or project management in digital transformation and/or financial services related projects being advantageous
- Ability to comprehend both functional and technical requirements, provide high level solutioning, and contribute towards technical architecture design.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst adapt to changing priorities
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to proactively ensure constant alignment with attention to details within stakeholders
- Highly effective relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to find ways of resolving blockers and impediments by effectively collaborating and positively influence a diverse teams
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-moving, highly dynamic, and rapidly growing environment.
- Strong knowledge for project management methodologies or tools, ie: Agile, Waterfall, MS Project and Jira
