JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process payroll on middle of month for assigned company by checking the staff attendance, leave and any deduction.
  • Manage overall process of recruitment and hiring.
  • Handle matter with government statutory bodies (LHDN, Zakat, HRDF), update every month contribution for EPF and PERKESO.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave application, solve any issue.
  • Respond to employee queries and carries out any required duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Assist with booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations for staff travel.
  • Support administrative management and coordination of related administration functions.
  • Involved in the renewal or registration of a company's CIDB, ​​MOF status that is about to expire.
  • Any ad-hoc task from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience specializing in Human Resources.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently, perform multi-task.
  • The candidate must possess a valid Class D driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
