Main Responsivities
Administrative Duties:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments as and when required.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as and when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
ISO Support:
Assist Manager in preparing, organizing, and maintaining ISO documentation and records.
Support internal and external ISO audits by gathering required documents and ensuring compliance with standards.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and monitor ISO procedures.
Track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions.
Assist in training sessions and awareness programs related to ISO standards (if applicable.)
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned or required from time to time.
Competency Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related administrative field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards is an advantage.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for handling calls, visitors, and communication.
- Attention to detail in data entry and document management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards and problem-solving abilities.
