  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As the Credit Controller, you are responsible for managing the company's credit policies and procedures, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining a healthy cash flow. You will work with the finance team, customers and other departments to minimize credit risk and optimize the company's financial performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Notify debtors by email, or telephone call of upcoming or outstanding invoices
  • Arrange for account statements to be forwarded to clients each month, updating records when necessary
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment delays or discrepancies promptly
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize late or non-payment by customers, including initiating collection actions and negotiating payment plans
  • Provide weekly reports and coordinate meetings to address any accounts receivable issues
  • Coordinating with other departments such as sales, customer service and finance to handle all credit-related matters appropriately
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable, collections and credit risk to management, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries or concerns related to credit matters

Skill & Qualification:

  • Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in managing credit and accounts receivables or in a similar credit management role
  • Must be able to converse and in written in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • credit control: 1 year (Preferred)
