  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Host Live Team Leader, you are responsible for leading, managing, and supporting a team of live stream hosts. Your role is to ensure high-quality livestream sessions, maintain team performance, and align hosting strategies with the company’s branding and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the host live team, ensuring they follow schedules and content plans.
  • Assign tasks, shift rotations, and monitor attendance and punctuality.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to new and existing hosts.
  • Share tips and best practices to improve camera presence, engagement, and product pitching.
  • Review live sessions for quality, professionalism, and brand consistency.
  • Ensure all live content complies with platform guidelines and company policies.
  • Track team KPIs such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, watch time, and sales.
  • Provide feedback and create action plans for improvement where necessary.
  • Work with marketing and content teams to develop campaign ideas, product focuses, and creative angles for livestreams.
  • Maintain high morale, build team spirit, and recognize top performers.
  • Organize team activities or competitions to boost motivation.
  • Monitor how hosts interact with viewers, ensuring they are professional, engaging, and customer-focused.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights and viewer feedback.
  • Handle any issues that arise during live sessions (technical issues, host emergencies, negative comments, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with live stream trends, competitor activities, and new tools or techniques to keep the team innovative.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, Business, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a live host, presenter, or in a similar public-facing role.
  • Prior experience leading or managing a team is highly preferred.
  • Experience with livestream platforms (e.g. TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and other required languages).
  • Strong camera presence and ability to coach others to engage with live audiences effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
