Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the General Ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support accounts payable/receivable functions as needed
- Maintain organized financial files and records
- Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software (MASTER)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Excellent time management and communication skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
