In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department
  • update internal employee databases, data entry, filing HR documents
  • coordinate recruitment process includes screening resumes and scheduling for interviews
  • gather payroll data like leaves, working hours or personal information
  • give recommendations to improve HR policies and practices
  • assist in organizing company events and engagement activities
  • conduct market research and analysis on employee benefits and compensation standards

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • undergraduate from a degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • self-motivated and possess can do attitude
  • should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • good administrative and organizational skills.
  • effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month
