In this Role, you’ll get to:
- performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department
- update internal employee databases, data entry, filing HR documents
- coordinate recruitment process includes screening resumes and scheduling for interviews
- gather payroll data like leaves, working hours or personal information
- give recommendations to improve HR policies and practices
- assist in organizing company events and engagement activities
- conduct market research and analysis on employee benefits and compensation standards
What you'll Need to Succeed
- undergraduate from a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
