Responsibilities
- Respond to tech inquiries via ticketing request, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
- Inform internal customers about IT products and services
- Manage to the step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Follow up to ensure satisfactory service
- Communicate feedback to the appropriate internal team members
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Requirement
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
- Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
