Responsibilities

  • Respond to tech inquiries via ticketing request, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
  • Inform internal customers about IT products and services
  • Manage to the step-by-step through the problem-solving process
  • Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Follow up to ensure satisfactory service
  • Communicate feedback to the appropriate internal team members
  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.

Requirement

  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
  • The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
