- Assists in product development and production scale up along with daily execution of R&D related lab activities.
- Evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Coordinate or involve in production trial run
- Conduct the shelf life tests and compile the data.
- Maintain and update R&D documentation.
- Develop and communicate recipes that are operationally executable.
- Support the culinary team in all aspects of the day to day workings of the culinary center.
- Explore new and exciting culinary techniques and presentations.
- Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for executional replication.
- Accurately document recipes and methods of preparation.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Science & Nutrition / Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- 6 months internship period
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
