  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description :

  • To conduct daily inspection on all electrical & mechanical equipment in the building to ensure that it can working in a good condition.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and operation of electrical & mechanical equipment in the building to ensure it can operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Able to liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and other regulatory bodies to solve problem related with utility services and compliance issues.
  • To ensure all statutory regulations are complied.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance / technical work in the building
  • Preferably has working experience with Joint Management Body or Management Corporation
  • Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
