We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will serve as the link between our marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from customers related to marketing campaigns, promotions, and events through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).
- Gather customer insights and feedback on campaigns, advertisements, and promotions, and relay them to the marketing team for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring customer-facing materials are accurate and timely.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for marketing efforts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to promotional activities in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create FAQs, email templates, and other customer-facing materials for campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a marketing-related role.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Adaptable and enjoy working in past paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media management tools.
