Admin and Accounts Executive
To handle accounts receivable / accounts payable, data entry, invoicing, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records for all companies
- To assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts financial matter as required from time to time
- To key in data and provide routine printouts and carry out check and verifications and monthly reconciliation on account payables and receivables
- Prepare payments and vouchers for IBG, online payment, Bankers Acceptance
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and admin task as and when required
- Payment voucher and official receipts for expenses paid and income received.
- Able to work in high workload environment independently. Able to deliver high-quality work results
- Accept different challenges at work
- MUST familiar in SQL accounting software
- MUST familiar in e-invoicing
- Able to reconcile multi company accounts (where applicable)
- At least 2 years hands-on accounting experience
– Maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.
– Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Tax (SST) and Malaysian government regulations.
- Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties & Strong attention to detail and accuracy & as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
