Pilatique Pilates Studio is a well-established, boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We specialise in private, duet, and group sessions using STOTT Pilates equipment and methodology. With a strong commitment to excellence, we help clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellness—whether they are rehabilitating, training, or just beginning their fitness journey. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our professional and supportive team.

Position Overview

As a Pilates Instructor at Pilatique, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality instruction across various class formats. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalised, goal-oriented programs and helping clients achieve improved physical function and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruct and teach private, duet, and group Pilates classes.
  • Design safe, effective, and client-specific workout plans.
  • Foster motivation and engagement among clients.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Work confidently with both general population and rehabilitation clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Assist in client retention and acquisition through excellent service and outreach.
  • Promote and sell Pilates packages and studio services.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Collaborate within a goal-oriented, growth-driven team environment.
  • Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interest in movement, wellness, and client support.
  • STOTT Pilates certification (Mat work and/or Reformer) is highly desirable. (If you are not certified, a training package is provided, with the expectation to obtain Certified Instructor status within a reasonable time frame).
  • Availability for mandatory training sessions.
  • Willingness to work full-time (6 days/week, Monday–Saturday) across varying shifts (mornings, afternoons, or evenings).
  • Commitment to attending staff meetings and studio promotional events
  • Professional, punctual, organized, and reliable.
