Responsibilities
  • Responsibility across the full spectrum of business development and marketing activities for various practice groups (preparing and producing events, proposals, marketing collaterals, directory submissions and significant ad-hoc projects.)
  • Coordinate deal/matter collection and reporting on a monthly basis
  • Plan and manage events, including client training and seminars and sponsorship
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation for events.
  • Assist the partners in developing new business through pitching.
  • Provide strategic/creative advice to partners
  • Assist in the coordination/distribution of client invitations, alerts & newsletters etc.
  • Maintain firm profile and other centralized promotional materials
  • Coordinate, format and disseminate relevant client alerts on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Maintaining a record of articles submitted to various internal and external publications.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience. But fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
  • Degree, preferably in communications/marketing/business/law or one of the humanities.
  • Previous relevant experience in a professional services or client service role, e.g., communications agency, PR and events, or advertising an advantage.
  • Administrative experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language; any copywriting experience an advantage
  • Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Lateral thinking and the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Sense of humour and can-do attitude
  • Creativity and initiative; the ability to work independently
  • Dynamism and great all-around communication skills
  • Interest in business
