Responsibilities

The Import & Export Declaration Executive is overall responsible on the Titimas Group of Companies with the defined scope for:

  • Manage, guide, and monitor job declarations;
  • Monitor, follow-up, and update internal related team members / stakeholders on declarations status on all awarded job accordingly;
  • To update job details/information into system/platform undertaken by Company;
  • Handling of customer’s complaint;
  • To manage all payment and invoicing of all disbursement arrangement;
  • Ensure process compliance to company Quality Management System;
  • Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least SPM or above.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or import/export operations.
  • Experience in handling import/export documentation such as K1, K2, K3, K8, ZB1, ZB2, and permit applications.
  • Proficient in logistics management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, shipping lines, and government agencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle shipment issues and customs clearance challenges.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in declarations and compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to generate reports.
  • Must be willing to work in Port Klang.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of customs clearance processes, HS codes, and regulatory permits.
  • Ability to analyze and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
