Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth coordination and administration of company vehicles and office/stationery supplies across all sites, ensuring timely delivery, tracking, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management
- Manage scheduling, allocation, and tracking of company vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Maintain a logbook of vehicle usage and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with company transport policies.
- Liaise with drivers and site supervisors for vehicle-related needs and emergencies.
Stationery & Office Supply Management
- Monitor and manage inventory of stationery and office supplies for all sites.
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and restocking of supplies to each site.
- Maintain accurate records of items requested, issued, and received.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, purchases, and delivery schedules.
Administrative Support
- Prepare monthly reports on vehicle usage and stationery consumption.
- Manage filing and documentation related to assets and admin purchases.
- Assist with other general administrative tasks as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
