  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational tasks within the Claims department:
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Manage communication channels, including Emails and Chat
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Register claims
  • Resolve complaints
  • Ensure smooth customer service operations
  • Respond to customer questions by providing product information, submitting repair requests, and checking status, among other tasks.
  • Effectively manage daily call inquiries, including first-level escalations, with professionalism.
  • Respond to customer emails and written requests in accordance with company procedures within the designated turnaround time.
  • Maintain call quality and provide customer service support in compliance with SLA.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing customer inquiries via email communication.
