Objective
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing team member to support the Head of Trade Marketing in executing our go-to-market strategies. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across internal stakeholders, agencies, and channel partners, and will be heavily involved in campaign execution, in-store visibility, reporting, and trade support.
Position Responsiblities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Assist in the rollout of trade marketing campaigns across Modern Trade, General Trade, and alternate channels.
- Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, deployment, and tracking.
- Support new product launches through sample distribution, merchandising kits, and channel-specific activation.
- Liaise with Sales, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution.
Trade Support & Visibility
- Monitor and maintain planogram compliance and visibility standards in-store.
- Coordinate with third-party merchandisers or field teams for audit, placement, and replenishment.
- Support in organizing roadshows, sampling activations, and dealer engagement programs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and analyze trade campaign performance reports.
- Track budget usage, campaign ROI, and provide insights to the Trade Marketing Head.
- Maintain and update trade marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and promotional dashboards.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage inventory of trade materials (e.g., POSM, premiums, kits).
- Handle quotation sourcing, purchase requisitions, and documentation support.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables and timelines.
Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years experience with strong execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Prior experience of working in a FMCG related industry/company.
- Able to travel occasionally for market visits or activations.
