- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely update of employee records.
- Prepare HR documents and correspondences.
- Handle attendance and leave record management
- Perform payroll processing and complete within the timeline.
- Ensure timely statutory submissions such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc.
- Liaise with the authorities when necessary, and handle grant application..
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies, rules and regulations, and ensure the enforcement and compliance of Company Handbook & Policies.
- Advise the management on HR related regulations, laws, policies, processes, and other guidelines.
- Assist to maintain workplace discipline.
- Plan and organize staff welfare activities.
- Manage employee claims.
- Respond to employee on HR related queries and requests.
- Handle administrative tasks and day-to-day general office administration and operations.
- Assist Sales Consultant for issuing of Invoice and collection.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
