- Oversee and maintain social listening tools, including managing and cleaning data, campaign tracking, and tool user onboarding (e.g., Emplifi/Digimind/GWI 101).
- Stay abreast of platform algorithm changes and emerging social media trends, translating them into proactive recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Lead ad-hoc crisis monitoring and reporting efforts and act as the point-of-contact (PIC) for all analytics and social media tools.
