BIM Modeller (Architecture-Revit)

Job description Main Responsibilities: Assist the architect in architectural projects from concept to completion. Interpret 2D structural drawings and convert them into accurate 3D BIM models. Create and manage 3D Revit families and BIM project templates according to architectural standards. Meet with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions. Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documentation. Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and safety standards. Adjust and refine designs based on feedback, budget, and timeline constraints. Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other consultants. Organize and manage project files, drawings, and BIM models efficiently. Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software (e.g., Navisworks). Experience in working within a BIM environment is an advantage. Capable of preparing working drawings, construction details, and tender documents. Able to handle authority submissions. Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Willing to travel, work outstation, and do overtime if required. Familiar with local building codes and regulatory standards. Good interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. Fresh graduates with basic Revit knowledge are welcome to apply.
