  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Client Consultation

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to tailor product recommendations to meet client requirements.

Product Expertise

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, functionalities, and potential applications (Health & Beauty Product).
  • Stay updated on product updates, enhancements, and industry trends.

Needs Analysis

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable product configurations or customizations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.

Product Presentations

  • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Illustrate how the product addresses specific pain points and adds value to their business.

Customization and Implementation

  • Collaborate with clients to customize the product based on their unique workflows and processes.
  • Oversee the implementation process to ensure a seamless transition.

Problem Resolution

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any product-related issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as production or development, to expedite issue resolution.

Job Requirements For Product Consultants

Education

  • Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) with experience (in Consultation & Sales) also will be considered.

(Additional) Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

*This is commission based career plus basic salary. No limit for commission gain. Training will be provided along the way your career development.
