  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Cognizant is looking for an Infra Service & Transition Manager in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Job Title: Infra Service & Transition Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Service manager and got experience Transition of operations.
  • Good knowledge and understanding on L1/L2 Infra operations (Network, Linux, Wintel servers, Database etc..)
  • Candidate will be able to speak English and Mandarin OR Cantonese
  • Candidate should be ready to travel to Hongkong for 6 months, come back to Malaysia and continue.
  • Must have knowledge on IT Infra like servers, Network, data center
  • Must have strong stakeholder management and convincing skills.
