Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing and invoicing for clients
  • Process payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciling accounts
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and office management
  • Assist with costing & budget planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
  • Handle office correspondence and client communication as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and accounting software
  • Prior experience in an accounting role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary:

  • Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
