Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoicing for clients
- Process payments and manage accounts receivable
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciling accounts
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and office management
- Assist with costing & budget planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Handle office correspondence and client communication as needed
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and accounting software
- Prior experience in an accounting role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Education:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Salary:
- Competitive, based on experience
