
Local Bank Customer Service
Role Function:
* Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment.
* Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
* Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.
* A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant
product, services, and solutions from the brand.
* Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.
Requirement:
* Fresh Graduate are welcome (Diploma/Degree).
* Good in English. Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs. Fast learner and able to handle multi-
tasking.
- Must be able to work on rotational shift.

- 6:30am to 3:30pm
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 10:00am to 7:00pm
- 11:00am to 8:00pm
- 12:00pm to 9:00pm
- 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
