Lead, Software Quality Assurance

In This Role You Will: -Develop and lead comprehensive testing strategies to validate mobile app & API functionality, ensuring that the application meets high standards by designing advanced test cases and optimizing the use of automated testing tools. -Oversee the identification and reporting of critical defects and issues, guiding the team in defect resolution and quality enhancement by analysing defect trends, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and tracking through sophisticated issue tracking systems. -Lead the design and development of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure accuracy and completeness by regularly reviewing and revising documents to reflect changes in the application and testing requirements to meet project goals. -Lead the regression testing efforts for multiple teams for the integration and deployment of new features and updates, ensuring that changes do not introduce defects or impact existing functionality by developing and executing comprehensive test plans. -Coordinate communication by managing stakeholder expectations and providing feedback, aligning quality assurance work with project goals to support successful project delivery outcomes. -Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary. -Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. You're A Great Fit If You Have: -6+ years of experience in software quality assurance. -Expertise in test case documentation, defect tracking, comprehensive test data preparation, and designing end-to-end testing for mobile apps and APIs for microservices. -Experience in Agile methodologies." -Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary. -Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
