Job Description: The Retail E-Commerce Picker is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for online customer order fulfillment. Duties include picking, replenishment, marshalling, sales support, customer service, and maintaining workplace cleanliness. This role requires attention to quality, efficiency, and strict adherence to operational and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: 1. Pick and assemble customer orders from various departments (grocery, chilled, frozen). 2. Ensure product quality, correct quantity, and on-time preparation for delivery. 3. Stage and marshall orders onto dollies by sequence for dispatch. 4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and loading bay. 5. Assist in replenishing merchandise and offer support in customer service during peak hours to ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Follow all safety procedures and company operational guidelines. Requirements: 1. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. 2. Willing to work rotating shifts and flexible hours. 3. Able to follow instructions and SOPs. 4. No experience required — training will be provided. 5. Basic Bahasa Malaysia or English is an advantage.
