  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Location : Shah Alam

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to RM4500 + AWS + Medical Benefits

  • Duration : 1 year contract - renewable/convertible to permanent

  • Industry : Logistic

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager APAC in all continuous improvement projects, especially working closely with operational teams, to identify opportunities for large and small scale improvements.

  • Potentially owning medium to large scale projects.

  • Perform sourcing tasks, prepare presentations, create and update project plans including forming a team, objectives, budget, outlining tasks, milestones, responsibility and timelines.

  • Closely monitors each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet timelines and develop per plan.

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with stakeholders on project progress.

  • Work with colleagues from all levels and across the global

  • Organize and analyze information and data effectively.

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

  • Candidate from logistics, manufacturing and/or high tech. industry experience preferred

  • Interest in project management/ continuous improvement

  • Able to demonstrate experience in these would be an advantage.

  • Project Management experience / qualified

  • Lean/Six Sigma is good to have
