Key Responsibilities: 1. Replenish stock in grocery, chilled, and fresh departments (produce, poultry, seafood). 2. Stock, organize, and rotate products following First In, First Out (FIFO) method. 3. Monitor product freshness; remove damaged, spoiled, or expired items promptly. 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of grocery aisles, produce sections, chillers, freezers, and storage areas. 5. Stock shelves, bins, displays, and fresh counters according to company planograms. 6. Assist customers by locating products, answering questions, and providing product information. 7. Support backroom tasks: unloading deliveries, organizing back stock, and preparing products for display. 8. Inform supervisors of low stock levels, quality concerns, or operational issues. 9. Assist with stocktaking and inventory management as needed. 10. Follow all store safety, food safety, and hygiene standards. 11. Support the Grocery and Fresh Teams to run operations smoothly and multitask when necessary. Working Conditions: 1. Physically demanding work: lifting, walking, standing for long hours. 2. Work across ambient, chilled, and frozen areas (including produce and seafood sections). 3. Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Requirements: 1. Physically fit and able to work in different temperature environments. 2. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 3. Able to follow instructions, food safety, and hygiene procedures. 4. Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia or English. 5. No prior experience required — training will be provided.
