Job Summary: The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and creative solutions that align with client goals and brand standards. This role requires strong leadership to guide a design team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovative design solutions. The Design Manager will also ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining consistency and creativity throughout. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a creative and productive environment. 2.Develop design concepts and solutions that meet client needs, business objectives, and project specifications. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and project managers, to ensure design alignment with business strategies. 4.Oversee the production of design deliverables, including digital assets, print materials, presentations, and more. 5.Ensure design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 6.Review and approve design concepts, prototypes, and final outputs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. 7.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovation into design processes. 8.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present design concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback. Requirements: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. •Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. •Skills: •Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc. •Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition •Experience in both digital and print design, including web, branding, and marketing materials •Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines •Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
