Key Responsibilities: 1.Design and improve metal fabrication processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality. 2.Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure feasibility in fabrication and assembly. 3.Monitor fabrication workflows, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process enhancements. 4.Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to optimize project execution. 5.Ensure all fabrication activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. 6.Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure the readiness of tools and machinery. 7.Liaise with international suppliers and Mandarin-speaking clients on technical and project requirements. 8.Support cost control initiatives by minimizing material waste and improving operational efficiency.
