Project Construction Engineer

Job Summary: The Project Construction Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities across various phases of infrastructure or building projects. This role ensures compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. The position requires regular collaboration with contractors, consultants, and both local and international stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities: 1.Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. 2.Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans for accuracy and compliance. 3.Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to safety and quality standards. 4.Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve site issues. 5.Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation. 6.Provide engineering solutions during construction to address unforeseen technical challenges. 7.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. 8.Communicate effectively with international project teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Requirements: •Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. •Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering or project execution. •Technical Skills: •Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project management processes •Proficient in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) •Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills •Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for communication with international clients.
