- To coordinate the operation of Ticket Management Unit of Commuter Service to ensure the process flow of tickets supply, process of flow granting concession and other financial procedures are smooth on timely basis and complied to SOPs.
- To perform daily checking and monitoring payments of Touch n Go to ensure all payments correctly received by KTMB.
- To perform daily and monthly checking and monitoring revenue reconciliation for SPOT vs CRS vs KITS vs Oracle System.
- To coordinate and produce relevant reports (ticketing related) for the department.
- To manage, coordinate and control on the station advance money process.
- To ensure revenue reconciliations for Commuter Service are fully and correctly accounted in system.
- To manage and coordinate the refund of ticketing mediums and to ensure that all transactions performed and claimed are in accordance with financial procedures.
- To implement initiatives that will contribute to cost saving, revenue increase, and improve efficiency service as per direction and goals set by the Management.
- To assist superior in various assignment, planning and development works.
- To monitor ticketing system to ensure high reliability of the system during operation.
- To monitor and analyze the performance of contractor and supplier (ticketing related).
- To monitor the process of purchasing ticketing mediums, forms, stationery and other requirements for the ticket system through tender or e-procurement.
- To monitor the decision of ticket concession application.
- Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management / Marketing; or its equivalent from any recognized University or;
- At least three (3) years’ experience in job grade G09;
- Must be permanent and confirmed staff with average PMS grade C for the past three (3) years and no disciplinary record within the last three (3) years;
- Good analytical skills;
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point);
- Possess good written and oral communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels within the company and all outside relevance authorities;
- Willing to work extra hours and prepared to travel outstation.
