- To assist on employee Data Particular updates (LHDN purposes)
- Liaise with the respective department to get the latest JD and transfer softcopy JD (DL,NE, EX) into sharepoint
- To update filing system (e.g new hires, active & inactive employees and etc)
- To follow up employee confirmation / any follow-up matters
- To 5S office
