Responsibilities

  • Payroll management for the company and clients
  • Expatriate services administration involving various government agencies and industry regulators, including ESD MOHR, MIDA, MDEC, WRT, Ministry of Home Affairs, etc
  • To ensure that all work completed are invoiced to clients and to follow up on payments
  • To assist with incoming calls, faxes and photocopying
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the manager and directors

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experiences in HR and Administration support
  • MUST HAVE extensive experience in Expatriate Management (EP, MDEC, etc.).
  • MUST HAVE experienced in handling expatriate applications and coordinating with ESD MOHR, MIDA, MDEC, WRT, Ministry of Home Affairs, etc.
  • MUST HAVE experienced in payroll management
  • Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Finance, Administration, etc.
  • Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Capable of drafting and preparing reports and other documentation.
  • MUST GOOD in communicate in English
