Responsibilities
- Payroll management for the company and clients
- Expatriate services administration involving various government agencies and industry regulators, including ESD MOHR, MIDA, MDEC, WRT, Ministry of Home Affairs, etc
- To ensure that all work completed are invoiced to clients and to follow up on payments
- To assist with incoming calls, faxes and photocopying
- Any other tasks as assigned by the manager and directors
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experiences in HR and Administration support
- MUST HAVE extensive experience in Expatriate Management (EP, MDEC, etc.).
- MUST HAVE experienced in handling expatriate applications and coordinating with ESD MOHR, MIDA, MDEC, WRT, Ministry of Home Affairs, etc.
- MUST HAVE experienced in payroll management
- Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Finance, Administration, etc.
- Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Capable of drafting and preparing reports and other documentation.
- MUST GOOD in communicate in English
