- RECRUITMENT (Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process)
- Manage the onboarding & offboarding process for employees, including preparing onboarding materials, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of paperwork.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of leave documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and process attendance data & leave requests.
- Create and share announcements for public holidays, company events, and staff meetings, ensuring all employees are well-informed in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to job procedures by preparing and issuing official documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, and probation extension letters.
- Engage in regular communication with staff to address any concerns or issues impacting their job performance.
- Arrange job training, plan and organize team-building activities to promote collaboration, enhance communication, and strengthen team dynamics among employees. (HRDF)
- Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
