RECRUITMENT (Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process)
Manage the onboarding & offboarding process for employees, including preparing onboarding materials, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of paperwork.
Ensure proper filing and organization of leave documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and process attendance data & leave requests.
Create and share announcements for public holidays, company events, and staff meetings, ensuring all employees are well-informed in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to job procedures by preparing and issuing official documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, and probation extension letters.
Engage in regular communication with staff to address any concerns or issues impacting their job performance.
Arrange job training, plan and organize team-building activities to promote collaboration, enhance communication, and strengthen team dynamics among employees. (HRDF)

Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
Proficient in MS Office
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
