- Respond customers' questions and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and assisting with bookings, cancellations, and general queries.
- Handle order status, account inquiries, and other related matters.
- Make outbound calls to clients to book/reschedule appointments.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
- Candidates must have a minimum of SPM or equivalent and above.
- Candidates should be fluent in spoken Mandarin. This is essential for effectively communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients or customers.
- Must proficient in English. (Read, Type, Speak)
- Must be able to work 9-hour shifts between 7am - 11pm, including a 1-hour break.
- 5 days of work, include two rotating off days including weekends and public holidays.
- Job is based in office at Petaling Jaya (PJ).
- Able to start working on 11 September 2024.
- Monthly salary: RM 2,800 basic + UP to RM 500 KPI

- Office is located nearby an LRT station
