- Process and coordinate daily sales order, invoices and other documentation.
- Maintain and organize filing system
- Preparing quotation and coordinating of sales quotation with customers.
- Handle telephone, walk-in, incoming email and call enquiries.
- To assist in general operational functions.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Observe, comply and be conversant with all rules and regulations.
- Willing to works in long working hours if required.
